Mr. Nawara was born and raised in Florida.
Daniel Nawara’s practice focuses on criminal defense and civil litigation. Specifically, Mr. Nawara’s areas of practice include all misdemeanor, juvenile, felony, probation violations, traffic ticket cases.
Mr. Nawara was a former prosecutor in the 12th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he represented the State of Florida in the criminal prosecution of Defendants. During his employment at the State Attorney’s Office he conducted numerous jury and non-jury trials. Further, Daniel Nawara has previously worked for a mid-sized civil litigation firm.
While in law school, Mr. Nawara completed multiple internships. He interned for the Honorable Thane Cover, Circuit Judge, 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Nawara also worked as an intern with the Honorable Philip J. Federico, Circuit Judge, 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Finally, he worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the State’s Attorney Office.
Daniel Nawara cares deeply about community involvement. During law school, Mr. Nawara volunteered as a GAL with Florida’s Guardian Ad Litem program, an organization that helps ensure Florida’s abused, abandoned and neglected children have a voice in our court system. Upon graduation from law school, he was awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for exemplifying outstanding community service. Today, Mr. Nawara volunteers as a judge with Teen Court, a program which teaches and encourages youth to be law-abiding citizens.
